How long does it take to build a pair of Custom IEMs?
Our current lead time for Custom In-Ear Monitors is approximately 3 to 5 weeks from the date we receive your ear impressions at our facility.
What is apex technology and how does it work?
Apex (Air Pressure Exchange) is a proprietary technology that relieves air pressure caused by miniature speakers in a sealed ear canal, reducing ear fatigue and widening the soundstage.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your warranty policy on earphones?
64 Audio offers a limited 1-year warranty on all earphones and a 6-month warranty on cables and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship.
