Initiate a Return Request

Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all cables, ear tips, and accessories that were included with your initial purchase.

Ship to 64 Audio

Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your preferred carrier's location.

Inspection and Refund
